NBA BROADCASTING TEAM, PRINT & RADIO PRACTICALS
The NBA Broadcasting Team comprises of experienced faculties who guide the selected group of students in the production of various bulletins and documentaries. These programmes are made using the latest equipment available in the studios on-campus. Best of the work of the broadcasting team is aired on JAIN TV, giving students maximum exposure, appreciation, and encouragement.
When it comes to practicals related to Print Media, they publish magazines and newspapers under the guidance of faculties.
In addition, students here are also trained for voice overs, jingles and various radio programmes in the radio lab. Experienced and well-trained faculties guide them and help them create radio shows, ads, features, and docu-dramas.
Get hands on experience on the latest media gadgets like Apple Editing Machines, Fully functional Uplink and Downlink Set-up, Art Graphics and Animation System in the computer lab.
Faculty guide the students to learn the required softwares such as Quark Xpress, Photoshop, PageMaker, Coral Draw, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition and Adobe Premiere. Because these are the softwares required to work in the media industry.
NBA has a library with a plethora of books on various Mass Communication, Journalism as well as Business Management subjects that are a part of the academic process. In addition, students can also read various novels, short stories, poetry and other relevant books here. All books have been carefully selected to give the students holistic exposure. The facilitators help students develop their research skills, provide expert guidance and advice on how to find and use the information they need during the course.
At NBA, extra curricular activities are given high weightage. Games and recreational activities form a vital component of the learning process. NBA provides arenas for games like table tennis, volleyball and badminton which aim to rejuvenate students in the course of their busy schedule.
